Savickio g. 4-7, Vilnius, VAT code LT100017253211 (the “Data Controller”, “we”, “us”) collects, processes and stores the personal data of visitors to and customers of the website www.n2bistro.com (the “Website”) (“you”, “Data Subject”).
1.2. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the “GDPR”), the Lithuanian Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data, and other applicable legislation.
1.3. By using the Website or providing us with your personal data (e.g. when booking a table, purchasing a gift card, subscribing to our newsletter, or contacting us), you confirm that you have read this Policy.

3. Legal basis for processing
3.1. For reservations and gift card purchases, data is processed on the basis of contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
3.2. For newsletter subscriptions and marketing communications, data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw your consent at any time via the contact details in section 9 or the unsubscribe link in any email.
3.3. Essential cookies are processed on the basis of legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); analytics and marketing cookies are processed on the basis of consent.
4. Who we share data with
4.1. We may share your data with the following processors, acting on our behalf and instructions:
- our website hosting provider;
- our payment processing provider (for gift card purchases);
- our email newsletter platform provider;
- our accounting service provider.
4.2. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.
4.3. We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area.
5. Data retention
5.1. Reservation data is retained for 12 months from your last visit or contact with us.
5.2. Data related to gift card purchases that forms part of accounting records is retained for the period required by law (typically up to 10 years under Lithuanian accounting legislation).
5.3. Newsletter subscription data is retained until you withdraw your consent.
5.4. Once the retention period expires, data is deleted or anonymised.

6.1. The Website uses:

- Analytics cookies – help us understand how visitors use the Website (e.g. Google Analytics);
