Terms of Use and Sale

1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use and Sale (the “Terms”) govern the use of the website www.n2bistro.com (the “Website”), the table reservation process, and the terms for purchasing gift cards.
1.2. The Website is operated by MB “Priežastis būti”, company code 306948709, registered address J. Savickio g. 4-7, Vilnius (the “Company”, “we”).
1.3. By using the Website, making a reservation, or purchasing a gift card, you (the “User” or “Buyer”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website’s services.
1.4. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
2. Definitions
- Reservation – a request submitted by the User via the Website’s booking form to reserve a table at the restaurant.
- Gift Card – a document (digital or printed) acquired for consideration, entitling its holder to receive the Company’s services up to the amount stated on the card.
- Services – the restaurant’s services: food and beverage service, table reservations, event organisation.
3. Table reservations
3.1. Online reservations are available for groups of up to 7 guests. For larger groups, please call +370 631 54300.
3.2. After submitting a reservation, you will receive a confirmation by email or phone.
3.3. If you are unable to attend at the reserved time, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance by calling +370 631 54300 or emailing restoranas@n2bistro.com.
3.4. For groups of 7 or more guests, an advance payment of €150 is required, which is credited toward food and beverages. This advance is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 2 days of the scheduled arrival.
For weddings or events involving a full restaurant buyout, an advance payment of €500 is required. This advance is non-refundable if cancelled within 2 weeks of the event; 50% is refundable if cancelled within 1 month of the event; the full amount is refundable if cancelled more than 1 month in advance.
3.5. The Company reserves the right to cancel a reservation, having informed the User in advance, in the event of unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, technical issues, etc.).
4. General use of the Website
4.1. Information provided on the Website (menu, prices, photos) is for informational purposes and may change without prior notice.
4.2. The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure the information on the Website is accurate but is not liable for occasional inaccuracies or temporary interruptions to the Website’s operation.
4.3. All content on the Website (text, photos, logo, design) belongs to the Company or is used under a lawful licence. Copying, distributing, or otherwise using the content for commercial purposes without the Company’s prior written consent is prohibited.
5. Gift card sale terms
5.1. A gift card can be purchased via the form on the Website by specifying the desired amount and contact details. A Company representative will contact the Buyer regarding payment and delivery details.
5.2. The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated on the card.
5.3. The gift card can be used to pay for any of the Company’s services (food, beverages) at the restaurant. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.4. If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the gift card, the difference is payable by other means. If the purchase amount is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance is not refunded and cannot be used later, unless the gift card was purchased as several separate cards (e.g. an amount of €150 split into three €50 cards).
5.5. If a gift card is lost, no duplicate will be issued.
5.6. Right to withdraw from the contract
In accordance with Article 6.228¹⁰ of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, as the gift card is purchased remotely via the Website, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason.
This right belongs only to the Buyer who purchased the gift card and does not extend to any third party who subsequently receives the gift card as a gift.
The right to withdraw may only be exercised if the gift card remains completely unused at the time the withdrawal request is submitted.
To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Company using the contact details in section 9 within the 14-day period.
If the right to withdraw is validly exercised, the Company will refund the amount paid without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date the Company is notified of the withdrawal.
6. Payment
6.1. Payment for gift cards can be made by bank transfer, in cash, or by card.
6.2. All prices on the Website are in euros and include VAT (if applicable).
7. Limitation of liability
7.1. The Company is not liable for losses arising from the Website being unavailable, the actions of third parties, or force majeure circumstances.
7.2. The Company is not liable for damage arising from the User providing incorrect contact details.
8. Dispute resolution
8.1. All disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
8.2. Consumers have the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt) or submit a complaint via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr/.
9. Final provisions
9.1. The Company reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms. Amendments take effect from the moment they are published on the Website.
9.2. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
