General provisions<\/h2>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.1. These Terms of Use and Sale (the &#8220;Terms&#8221;) govern the use of the website www.n2bistro.com (the &#8220;Website&#8221;), the table reservation process, and the terms for purchasing gift cards.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.2. The Website is operated by MB &#8220;Prie\u017eastis b\u016bti&#8221;, company code 306948709, registered address J. Savickio g. 4-7, Vilnius (the &#8220;Company&#8221;, &#8220;we&#8221;).<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.3. By using the Website, making a reservation, or purchasing a gift card, you (the &#8220;User&#8221; or &#8220;Buyer&#8221;) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website&#8217;s services.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.4. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">2. Definitions<\/h2>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Reservation \u2013 a request submitted by the User via the Website&#8217;s booking form to reserve a table at the restaurant.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Gift Card \u2013 a document (digital or printed) acquired for consideration, entitling its holder to receive the Company&#8217;s services up to the amount stated on the card.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Services \u2013 the restaurant&#8217;s services: food and beverage service, table reservations, event organisation.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">3. Table reservations<\/h2>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1. Online reservations are available for groups of up to 7 guests. For larger groups, please call +370 631 54300.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.2. After submitting a reservation, you will receive a confirmation by email or phone.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.3. If you are unable to attend at the reserved time, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance by calling +370 631 54300 or emailing restoranas@n2bistro.com.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4. For groups of 7 or more guests, an advance payment of \u20ac150 is required, which is credited toward food and beverages. This advance is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 2 days of the scheduled arrival.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For weddings or events involving a full restaurant buyout, an advance payment of \u20ac500 is required. This advance is non-refundable if cancelled within 2 weeks of the event; 50% is refundable if cancelled within 1 month of the event; the full amount is refundable if cancelled more than 1 month in advance.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.5. The Company reserves the right to cancel a reservation, having informed the User in advance, in the event of unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, technical issues, etc.).<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">4. General use of the Website<\/h2>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1. Information provided on the Website (menu, prices, photos) is for informational purposes and may change without prior notice.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.2. The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure the information on the Website is accurate but is not liable for occasional inaccuracies or temporary interruptions to the Website&#8217;s operation.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.3. All content on the Website (text, photos, logo, design) belongs to the Company or is used under a lawful licence. Copying, distributing, or otherwise using the content for commercial purposes without the Company&#8217;s prior written consent is prohibited.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">5. Gift card sale terms<\/h2>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.1. A gift card can be purchased via the form on the Website by specifying the desired amount and contact details. A Company representative will contact the Buyer regarding payment and delivery details.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.2. The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated on the card.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.3. The gift card can be used to pay for any of the Company&#8217;s services (food, beverages) at the restaurant. It cannot be exchanged for cash.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.4. If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the gift card, the difference is payable by other means. If the purchase amount is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance is not refunded and cannot be used later, unless the gift card was purchased as several separate cards (e.g. an amount of \u20ac150 split into three \u20ac50 cards).<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.5. If a gift card is lost, no duplicate will be issued.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.6. Right to withdraw from the contract<\/h3>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with Article 6.228\u00b9\u2070 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, as the gift card is purchased remotely via the Website, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This right belongs only to the Buyer who purchased the gift card and does not extend to any third party who subsequently receives the gift card as a gift.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The right to withdraw may only be exercised if the gift card remains completely unused at the time the withdrawal request is submitted.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Company using the contact details in section 9 within the 14-day period.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the right to withdraw is validly exercised, the Company will refund the amount paid without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date the Company is notified of the withdrawal.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">6. Payment<\/h2>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.1. Payment for gift cards can be made by bank transfer, in cash, or by card.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.2. All prices on the Website are in euros and include VAT (if applicable).<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">7. Limitation of liability<\/h2>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.1. The Company is not liable for losses arising from the Website being unavailable, the actions of third parties, or force majeure circumstances.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.2. The Company is not liable for damage arising from the User providing incorrect contact details.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">8. Dispute resolution<\/h2>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.1. All disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.2. Consumers have the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt) or submit a complaint via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/odr\/.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">9. Final provisions<\/h2>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.1. The Company reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms. Amendments take effect from the moment they are published on the Website.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.2. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.3.
